Pressure Test

Application of pressure test using coloured fluorescent indicator liquid |
For pressure test oil or water-based fluorescent concentrates are added to the test liquid. The concentrates consist of luminophores, wetting and rust protection agents. For leak testing using coloured indicator liquids the indicator is applied onto the surface of the component (e.g. a weld) or the test specimen is filled with indicator liquid. After a certain exposure time visual testing is performed at the opposite side.
The test sensitivity is about 105 m3 Pa/s |
